Responsibilities

• Perform patient registrations and verify demographic and insurance information.
• Screen patients for financial responsibility and discuss payment options.
• Identify potential reimbursement sources and advise on financial assistance programs.
• Collect deposits as required and facilitate referrals/prior authorizations.
• Provide accurate information to patients, physicians, and staff to support satisfaction and reimbursement.
• Maintain adherence to QA and productivity standards and participate in team activities.
