Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer telephones, greet visitors and direct callers to appropriate staff.
• Register new patients and assemble data for complete registration.
• Assist patients with funding resources and inquire about access processes and policies.
• Enter patient demographic information into the Epic system and maintain records.
• Collect co-pays and deductibles at check-in; assess financial responsibility.
