Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, manage multi-line phones, schedule appointments.
• Register patients, verify demographics, and check insurance information.
• Coordinate referrals and authorizations, process communications, update EMR.
• Support clinic operations from check-in to check-out, ensure timely access.
• Triages emergent issues, maintains confidentiality, and supports team.
