• Collect and post copayments; document collections.
• Handle lab order entry as required.
• Follow safety and infection control guidelines.
• Communicate tasks and issues to supervisor in a timely manner.
• Assist with training and cross-training of staff.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and respectful interactions.
• Operate office equipment and transport patients as needed.
• Provide age-appropriate care information per policy.
