• Ensures HIPAA compliance and handles confidential patient information.
• Schedules appointments and communicates preparation details and directions to patients.
• Delivers courteous, professional service and assists with transportation, interpreters, and related needs.
• Monitors EHR work queues and follows department-approved processes.
