Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service or medical office setting preferred.
• Experience with medical terminology, coding, charge entry and payment collection preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls appropriately.
• Register patients for services and verify demographics and insurance.
• Collect co-pays and outstanding balances at check-in.
• Provide patient education and coordinate with clinical teams.
