Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail essential for patient experience and reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Identify patients and collect accurate demographics.
• Enter demographic and insurance data into the ADT system accurately.
• Verify insurance coverage and determine/collect patient financial liability.
• Explain hospital policies and patient rights to families; ensure compliance and privacy.
