• Balance daily receipts and reconcile cash drawers as needed.
• Schedule, reschedule, or cancel patients per hospital workflows.
• Understand basic insurance requirements and patient payment options.

Responsibilities

• Obtains demographic/billing/insurance information and enters it for service and claims.
• Prepares consent forms and notices, obtaining electronic signatures where needed.
• Checks order completeness and validates against scheduled services.
• Performs data entry and maintains patient privacy practices.
