Job summary

You will collect insurance information, explain estimated financial responsibilities, enter demographics, schedule appointments, greet patients, and assist families and providers while upholding hospital policies and guidelines to improve the patient experience.

Qualifications

• One year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and assist with scheduling, greeting, and check-in/check-out.
• Provide customer service to patients, families, physicians and staff.
• Collect insurance information and communicate financial responsibilities.
• Obtain signatures for treatment consent forms and verify eligibility.
• Enter patient demographics and updates in medical records system.
