This position requires constant engagement with patients and their representatives, handling sensitive information with discretion and adhering to privacy protocols. Challenges include navigating high-stress situations and managing complex data under tight deadlines. The specialist collaborates closely with billing, coding, and other registration staff to enhance registration accuracy and address discrepancies.
