Qualifications

Associate's degree or 2 years formal education or equivalent experience.
Two (2) years' work experience in customer service, healthcare or business-related field.

Responsibilities

Greet and direct patients, families to testing and surgical areas in a courteous and welcoming manner and assist with transport as needed.
Register patient information accurately in the registration system.
Greet patients and provide necessary information to promote understanding of procedures and environment.
Maintain confidentiality of medical information and keep work area orderly.
Access department communications daily via telephone or email and implement changes as needed.
Act as a preceptor for new hires and provide required education.
Perform other duties as assigned by PAS leadership.
