Qualifications

• Completion of Registration training program required.
• Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reception and patient check-in across multiple departments.
• Pre-registration and registration of patients.
• Cash collection and admitting responsibilities.
• Support for patients and departments; manage materials inventory.
• Provide patient education as needed; perform unit-specific tasks.
