Job summary

Valley Health System in Ridgewood, NJ is hiring for a Patient Access Center role supporting multiple departments including Inpatient, Outpatient, Same Day Services, Wound Care, Infusion, Labor & Delivery and Emergency Department. You will perform reception, pre-registration, registration, cash collection, admitting, patient education, and unit-specific tasks.

Requirements include a high school diploma, medical training preferred, CHAA certification preferred, and healthcare/customer service

Qualifications

• Healthcare related experience required
• Windows computer experience
• Previous customer service experience required
• Medical office experience required
• Medical terminology preferred
