Responsibilities

• Coordinate admissions by communicating with physician offices and nursing units.
• Verify benefits, obtain precertifications/authorizations, and process payments or refer to financial counselors as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Utilize EHR and registration software to manage data and ensure documentation compliance.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve registration issues and facilitate smooth admissions.
