Job summary

OSS Health is seeking a Quality Assurance Auditor to perform manual and system-driven inspections across Patient Access. You will prepare reports and communicate results to the QA Supervisor, supporting staff training and process improvements.

The role requires at least two years of hospital or medical office experience in Patient Access, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. The position is full-time, with standard weekday hours.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a two-year hospital or medical office experience in Patient Access.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Ability to challenge current processes and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance inspections to ensure standardization and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Prepare reports communicating results and findings to QA Supervisor.
• Assist in training and performance improvements for QA outcomes.
• Cross-train in all Patient Access areas to support education programs.
• Support staffing as needed.
