Job summary

OSS Health is seeking a Quality Assurance Auditor to perform manual and system-driven QA inspections across Patient Access. The auditor prepares reports and communicates findings to the QA Coordinator.

This FT, 40-hour per week role requires 2+ years in hospital or medical office QA, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with healthcare systems. Training and staffing support may be included.

Qualifications

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential for QA duties.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Detail-oriented mindset with focus on process improvement is needed.
• Proficiency with healthcare systems (e.g., Medent or CPSI) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs quality assurance inspections per policies, ensuring compliance with procedures and regulations.
• Analyzes results and communicates findings to the QA Coordinator.
• Assists in training and performance improvements within the QA program.
• Cross-trains across Patient Access to support the education program and staffing as needed.
