Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• Previous personnel/team management experience.
• Knowledge of the specialty drug product marketplace and health insurance claims is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Daily operations management of the program and SLA adherence.
• Hire, develop and train team members and ensure staffing levels.
• Provide consistent coaching and alignment with HR for staffing needs.
• Manage adverse events/product complaint inquiries per SOP.
