Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Market Access Program Manager to serve as the primary client contact for pharmaceutical programs. You will manage day-to-day activities, supervise staff, and ensure contract terms are executed while working with internal and external stakeholders to improve processes within Valeris HUB Services.

The role requires 4–6 years in reimbursement or patient services, strong leadership and communication, and a track record of delivering on HUB metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent work experience.
• 4–6 years of experience in Reimbursement, Pharmaceutical Marketing or Patient Services.
• Experience managing a team of Case Managers or Patient Service Reps.
• Experience reporting on HUB metrics and trends to clients.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage program(s) per the scope of work and contracted budget.
• Build and maintain client relationships and trust.
• Oversee day-to-day program operations and staff supervision.
• Drive performance through teams and measure program metrics.
• Provide insights and reports to clients and leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and outcomes.
• Support interviewing and training of staff; ensure training deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and data access policies.
