Job summary

Valeris, Inc. seeks a Supervisor to lead a healthcare support team focused on navigating patient access to complex medications. You will manage daily operations, ensure SLAs, and guide staff to deliver accurate records and timely case handling.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Previous personnel/team management experience.
• Knowledge of the specialty drug product marketplace, health insurance claims processing, and commercialization of products is a plus.
• Previous experience leading customer service teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Daily program operational management.
• Ensures contracted Service Level Agreement adherence.
• Responsible for implementation and on-going management of client specific business rules.
• Proactively communicates to team daily to ensure engagement and alignment to daily program operations and goals.
• Team hiring, development and training.
• Ensures daily program staffing levels are consistent with daily program needs.
• Provide coaching and development for direct reports.
• Reporting of Adverse Events/ Product Complaint inquiries per SOP.
