Job summary

Valeris, a life sciences commercialization partner, is seeking a Supervisor to lead a patient support team in Indiana. You will oversee daily program operations, ensure SLA adherence, implement client-specific rules, and coach staff to deliver accurate medical records and timely case handling.

Required are a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in healthcare, with prior personnel management; knowledge of the specialty drug marketplace and payor processes is a plus.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry.
Previous personnel/team management experience.
Knowledge of the specialty drug product marketplace, health insurance claims processing, and commercialization is a plus.
Experience leading customer service teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

Daily program operational management.
Ensuring contracted SLA adherence.
Implementing and managing client-specific business rules.
Proactively communicating with the team to ensure engagement and alignment.
Team hiring, development and training.
Ensuring staffing levels match program needs.
Coaching and development for direct reports.
Reporting adverse events and product complaints per SOP.
