Enloe Health’s ENC Neuro Spine Clinic seeks a Clinic Registration Rep II to register patients, collect essential data, and facilitate appointments. This role emphasizes accurate data collection, customer service, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

The position supports referrals and authorizations, with pay based on experience. It requires a 8-hour day shift and on-site work in Northern California, contributing to high-quality patient access and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree OR 6 months experience working in a medical office environment performing general clerical duties to include data collection, data entry, typing, customer relations and filing.

Responsibilities

• Register and book patient appointments for internal and external patients.
• Accurately collect and analyze required demographic, insurance, financial and clinical data.
• Support referrals and/or authorizations and ensure efficient operations.
