Enloe Health in Chico, CA, is seeking a Clinic Registration Rep II to accurately collect and analyze patient data for registration and appointment booking. You will support referrals and authorizations while ensuring efficient operations and high-quality patient service.

The role requires data entry proficiency, insurance knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced clinic environment, with a shift pattern of days and variable hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6 months of medical office experience handling clerical duties such as data collection, data entry, typing, customer relations and filing.
• Knowledge of CPT procedure codes and ICD diagnoses.
• Experience with insurance verification and obtaining authorizations is desired.

Responsabilités

• Collect and verify all required demographic, insurance and clinical data to register patients and book appointments.
• Provide routine patient access support to facilitate efficient operations and prompt reimbursement.
• Support referrals and authorizations as part of the patient access workflow.
• Adhere to regulatory and organizational codes of conduct while performing duties.
