Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• CRCR certification required within 9 months of hire (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Perform admitting duties for hospital services.
• Verify insurance information and collect patient details.
• Use overlay tool and answer calls with excellent customer service.
• Explain and distribute consent forms and patient education materials.
• Screen medical necessity using ABN software and support POS/billing.
