We are seeking a tech-savvy and customer-focused Medical Scheduler to join our Otolaryngology practice and help us streamline our appointment scheduling process! As a Medical Scheduler, you will be responsible for supporting our patients with the online appointment system, answering patient inquiries, and assisting with patient check-in and registration.

Your primary responsibilities will include scheduling and confirming patient appointments, collecting patient information, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date patient records.
