Job summary

You will support the Manager in directing personnel, ensuring quality and productivity standards, and coordinating with the Business Office on insurance verification, pre-certification, and admissions-related activities.

The role requires strong supervisory ability, knowledge of billing and collections, and the capacity to train staff.

Qualifications

• B.S./B.A./A.A. in Business with 2 years registration or equivalent receivables/management experience.
• High school diploma with 5 years registration experience or 2 years supervisory experience.
• Ability to train and direct employees.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees registration operations for multiple patient types and shifts.
• Collaborates with the Manager and Business Office on insurance verification, pre-certification, admissions, and billing inquiries.
