Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of progressively responsible work in health care or customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and typing 40 wpm.
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain organization under pressure.
  • Excellent written communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Invite and train staff; participate in performance appraisals and employee relations.
  • Schedule staff and allocate resources to maximize patient access satisfaction and provider productivity.
  • Ensure staff have access to needed policies, training, and resources; coach and mentor one-on-one.
  • Coordinate and manage scheduling and coverage across multiple worksites if required.
  • Identify issues/trends and report findings to management with recommendations.
  • Support budgeting input, staffing, cost containment, and capital needs.
  • Review monthly attendance and track performance against goals.
  • Lead and participate in staff training to continuously improve skills and patient service.
