Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare or related field.
• 5–10 years in a multi-clinic healthcare environment.
• 3–5 years experience supervising staff.
• Experience with EHR/practice management systems (Epic/Apex a plus).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient outreach across modalities to engage patients with referrals and appointment opportunities.
• Oversee call center operations, manage volume, monitor quality, ensure SLAs.
• Develop strategies to optimize call center workflows and efficiency.
• Supervise call center representatives and provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and admin teams to resolve patient inquiries and coordinate care.
