Job summary

Reporting to ambulatory quality leadership, you will train staff, optimize access, build dashboards, and collaborate with payers and UCSF teams to drive measurable improvements in quality and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in ambulatory healthcare operations or population health.
• Experience with quality measures and value-based care programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead organization-wide population health initiatives across ambulatory practices.
• Develop workflows to improve HEDIS, Star ratings, and CMS measures.
• Collaborate with payors, clinicians, and leadership to drive outcomes.
• Design education programs and coaching for staff on population health tools.
