Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Patient Access, registration, or front-end revenue cycle operations within a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Basic leadership or team lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Patient Access activities to ensure timely and accurate registration and insurance capture.
• Monitor staff productivity and quality performance; provide real-time feedback and coaching.
• Escalate operational issues to the Manager; assist with staffing assignments and coverage.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA privacy and security standards and organizational policies.
