Job summary

Upper Great Lakes FamilyHealth (UGL) seeks a Patient Access Supervisor to lead Patient Service Representatives and Call Center staff across clinics. You will oversee patient access operations, scheduling integrity, and registration quality to ensure excellent customer service.

You will partner with leadership to standardize processes, monitor performance, onboard staff, and optimize workflows for a seamless patient experience across locations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Minimum three years of experience in healthcare registration, scheduling, patient access, or call center operations.
• Previous supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership and supervision to the Patient Service Representatives (PSRs) and Call Center staff within an assigned region.
• Oversee patient access operations, scheduling integrity, registration quality, and customer service excellence.
• Manage staff performance, onboarding, and operational workflow.
• Serve as primary liaison between frontline patient access staff and leadership while ensuring efficient operations, consistent processes, and exceptional patient experience across locations.
