Responsabilités

• Registers patients for scheduled and unscheduled services, inpatient and outpatient.
• Verifies demographic and insurance information with accuracy.
• Verifies insurance coverage and records accurate patient data for billing.
• Obtains and provides necessary legal and compliance forms.
• Communicates with patients and departments to ensure smooth admissions and transitions to care.
• Explains patient financial liability and assists with financial programs or payments as needed.
• Escalates patient financial concerns to appropriate departments.
• Assists patients and visitors with wayfinding and collaborates with volunteers.
• Manages workqueues and follows up on registrations and related tasks.
