Saint Francis Health System in Bristow, OK is hiring a part-time Revenue Cycle Patient Access Representative I to assist with patient registrations for scheduled procedures and admissions. You will serve as the primary liaison, explaining financial liability and guiding patients to appropriate programs while ensuring data accuracy.

The role requires strong customer service, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Qualifications

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and other applicable software.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal that present clear and concise information.
Strong financial, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Strong ability to work in a team and hospital environment.

Responsabilités

Registers patients for scheduled and unscheduled services, including inpatient and outpatient procedures, in all hospital-based areas.
Collects or verifies demographic and insurance information with a strong emphasis on accuracy.
Verifies insurance coverage and ensures accurate representation of information on patient accounts.
Explains patient financial liability and, when appropriate, triages patients into financial programs or collects payment.
