Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical billing codes.
• 1 year of Knowledge of Epic Applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients during on-site registration and arrival for scheduled or unscheduled visits.
• Collect accurate demographic and insurance information and patient liability at the time of service.
• Perform financial clearance functions for assigned accounts.
• Greet and serve patients in a professional, friendly, and respectful manner while ensuring compliance.
