Job summary

Baptist Health Nassau Main Building is seeking a patient access professional to register patients efficiently and accurately. You will operate multiple systems, support front-desk operations, and ensure compliant patient documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include cross-training across patient access areas, maintaining HIPAA privacy, and supporting the PAS goals related to collections and security measures.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with patient privacy and HIPAA requirements.
• Ability to use multiple patient access systems efficiently.
• Knowledge of regulations such as EMTALA, AHCA, and JCAHO is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Register patients accurately using multiple systems.
• Maintain patient privacy and comply with HIPAA guidelines.
• Support front desk operations in various patient access areas.
• Provide excellent service to patients and visitors in person and by phone.
• Document consent forms and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
