Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs scheduling and preregistration, verifies demographics and benefits.
• Verifies insurance and authorization/referral requirements; documents deficiencies.
• Calculates patient financial responsibilities and collects liabilities.
• Delivers positive patient experience and maintains relationships with stakeholders.
• Adheres to policies and completes mandatory trainings.
