• Coordinate with the patient care team to review appointment availability and adjust schedules as needed.
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance information at check-in.
• Assist with transfers to other VA facilities or private hospitals based on eligibility.
• Utilize basic data entry and electronic health record systems for patient care.
