Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage, guide, coaching and evaluate the work performance of the staff in Patient Access for The James.
• Monitor scheduling accuracy and efficacy of processes through reports and QA data.
• Coordinate QA data collection, process analysis and reporting mechanisms.
• Assist with development of budgets and implementation of new programs.
• Ensure compliance with JCAHO standards and other regulatory agencies.
