Job summary

St. Luke’s Hospital is seeking a Patient Access Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership of all patient registration points across the organization.

You will report to the Director of Patient Access and oversee registration operations to ensure a seamless patient experience, regulatory compliance, and revenue integrity. The role leads two Patient Access Supervisors and their teams, driving standardized workflows, exceptional customer service, and continuous improvement across

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, Health Information Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all patient registration points of service across the organization.
• Lead and develop two Patient Access Supervisors and their teams.
• Drive continuous improvement, workforce engagement, quality outcomes and revenue integrity.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and a seamless patient experience across inpatient, outpatient, emergency, surgical, lab, imaging and ancillary registration areas.
