The role oversees two Patient Access Supervisors and drives standardized workflows and service quality across inpatient, outpatient, ER, surgical services, laboratory, imaging, and ancillary registration areas. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field with 5+

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, health information management, or related field required.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in healthcare operations, patient access, registration, or revenue cycle; 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong background in Revenue Cycle operations, including direct experience in Patient Access and Registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership of all patient registration points across the organization.
• Lead and develop two Patient Access Supervisors and teams; ensure consistent performance and exceptional customer service.
• Drive continuous improvement, workforce engagement, and quality outcomes; ensure regulatory compliance and revenue integrity.
