Job summary

Tenet Healthcare's Conifer Health is seeking a leader to direct daily Patient Access operations at our facilities. You will oversee registration, financial clearance processes, and performance metrics to meet service levels and budget targets.

This role requires strong supervision skills, policy governance, and collaboration with hospital executives. You will mentor supervisors, manage staffing, and drive continuous improvements in revenue cycle activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of health care supervisory experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of Admitting, Clinical Areas, Financial Areas, and pre-service/point-of-service financial clearance activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Patient Access operations.
• Assist in planning for Registration Process areas including pre-service and financial clearance activities.
• Develop and implement action plans as identified.
• Manage all operational metrics to meet client and Conifer goals including SLA and budget guidelines.
• Oversee staffing activities, mentor supervisors, and ensure staff engagement and growth.
• Enforce policies and contribute to new policy development.
