Conifer Health Solutions, LLC. seeks a senior leader to oversee all daily Patient Access operations within a hospital network.

You will manage pre-service and financial clearance activities, ensure adherence to budgets, and drive service level improvements across Registration processes. Role requires proven leadership, experience in revenue cycle management, and strong communication with clinical and administrative teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily Patient Access operations and ensure service levels and budgets.
• Develop and implement action plans across Registration Process areas.
• Manage staffing, training and staff engagement.
• Enforce hospital policies and contribute to new policy development.
• Communicate performance metrics and provide feedback to leadership.
