Nemours Children's Health in Orlando, FL, seeks a Manager of Patient Access (Finance) to lead the Access Center in a hybrid role. The position drives accurate registration and scheduling to optimize provider time and patient access, collaborating with clinical and administrative leadership to ensure high satisfaction and KPI achievement.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree, 3+ years in a contact center, and 5+ years in revenue cycle with patient access emphasis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience required.
• Contact center experience required.
• Five years or greater experience in revenue cycle with emphasis on patient access required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Access Center to ensure service excellence and access to care.
• Monitor performance metrics (referral conversion, abandonment rates, call volumes, availability)
• Identify process improvement and technology enhancement opportunities.
• Provide leadership with standard reports to maintain high performance.
• Resolve outpatient access issues and develop action plans with leaders.
• Directly supervise Access Center Supervisors and identify development opportunities.
• Review provider templates for optimal time/resource utilization.
• Conduct rounds and communicate with providers and staff for satisfaction and improvements.
• Act as intermediary between patients, families, referring community, departments and staff.
• Develop and sponsor associate growth.
• Other duties as assigned.
