Job summary

Nemours is seeking a Patient Access Manager (Full-Time) to join our team in Orlando, Florida. This hybrid role leads the Access Center to ensure efficient patient registration and appointment scheduling, aligning patients with the right provider and time.

You will collaborate with hospital leadership to meet KPIs and drive continuous improvement across scheduling and triage processes. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in a contact center and 5+ years in revenue cycle focused on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience required.
• Contact center experience required.
• Five years or greater experience in revenue cycle with emphasis on patient access required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Administrative, Nursing and Physician Leadership to ensure service excellence and access to care.
• Monitor Access Center performance using key metrics (referral conversion, abandoned rates, call volumes, availability, cancellations).
• Identify process improvement and technology enhancement opportunities.
• Provide standard reports to leaders to maintain performance and consistency in patient access areas.
• Resolve issues related to outpatient access and develop action plans with leaders as needed.
• Supervise Access Center Supervisors, identifying development opportunities for staff.
