Evara Health in Saint Petersburg, FL, seeks a Patient Access Manager to lead patient registration, financial counseling, and access operations across multiple locations. You will guide staff, monitor quality, and drive improvements in throughput and patient experience.

The role requires strong leadership, healthcare management experience, and a commitment to compliant, efficient operations that support clean claims and timely reimbursement.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years healthcare management experience.
• High School Diploma, or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily Patient Access operations including pre-registration, benefit verification, registration, scheduling, and point-of-service collections.
• Monitor staffing, coaching, training, and performance of Patient Access staff.
• Model customer care standards and ensure high-quality, professional service for patient satisfaction.
• Direct efforts to improve point-of-service collections and reduce denials while ensuring accurate registration.
