Job summary

Evara Health in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking a Patient Access Manager to oversee patient registration, financial counseling, and access operations across multiple locations. The role ensures a smooth, timely registration process and a positive patient experience while aligning with organizational goals.

You will lead and train staff, monitor performance, and implement process improvements to improve throughput, collections, and service quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years healthcare management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Patient Access operations including pre-registration, benefit verification, registration, scheduling, and point-of-service collections.
• Supervise, coach, train and evaluate Patient Access staff; participate in recruitment and performance management.
• Model patient care standards and ensure high-quality service that supports patient satisfaction and efficient flow.
• Direct efforts to improve revenue cycle processes, reduction of denials, and accurate registration and pre-billing to support clean claims.
