Responsibilities include welcoming patients, coordinating scheduling and admissions, verifying demographics and insurance, supporting collections, and driving process improvements with supervisors and managers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of customer service or healthcare experience.
• Experience with patient registration, scheduling, insurance verification, or related healthcare processes.
• Confidence navigating computer systems and resolving account issues.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to support and train others.
• Professional, patient, and positive in a busy healthcare environment.

Responsabilités

• Welcome patients and families with exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate patient scheduling, registration, admissions, and check-in.
• Ensure demographics, insurance information, and documentation are accurate and complete.
• Verify insurance eligibility and explain financial responsibilities.
• Support point-of-service collections and maintain financial records.
• Serve as a go-to resource for Patient Access processes and day-to-day questions.
• Help onboard and train new team members and support peer development.
• Troubleshoot registration errors, work queue issues, and escalated concerns.
• Coordinate staff assignments and coverage to keep operations running smoothly.
• Collaborate with supervisors and managers to identify process improvements.
