Responsabilités

• Greeting customers, provide patient registration and explain forms, schedule procedures.
• Provide full patient financial counseling, collect liabilities per policy and reconcile cash.
• Verify insurance benefits, obtain authorizations, and ensure inpatient visit notifications.
• Analyze ADT and revenue cycle reports; lead shift Patient Access Operations.
