• Oversee daily registration activities and educate staff on changes.
• Provide training and ensure admission accuracy scores are maintained.
• Ensure staff are trained on ADT, Cerner, E-mail, and related systems.
• Lead staff and manage scheduling to support patient flow.
• Coordinate with departments to expedite admissions and payment processes.
