Responsibilities

• Supervise Patient Access staff and monitor productivity.
• Set monthly departmental goals with leadership and drive initiatives.
• Manage patient flow and adjust staffing to minimize wait times.
• Facilitate conflict resolution across departments and remove barriers to performance.
• Schedule staff coverage to ensure adequate staffing.
• Recruit, interview, and train new staff; adapt interactions to diverse patient populations.
