Job summary

SSM Health St. Clare Hospital in Fenton, MO, is seeking a Patient Access Representative Lead for the Emergency Department. This full-time role runs 2:00pm–10:30pm with rotating weekends, holidays, and on-call duties, supporting patient registration and ED workflow.

You will lead assigned staff, coordinate shift operations, and work closely with nurses and other team members to expedite admissions. Excellent communication and experience in EHR and healthcare customer service are essential.

• Performs the duties of a Patient Access Representative.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
